Biography

As one of the nations top fitness experts, Lisa is also an author ( America the Windstorm to empower people), television host, professional model, actor, singer, and private coach (fitness, modeling, acting, pageantry), nutritionist, and herbal and supplement specialist. She has worked in television since the age of thirteen nationally and internationally. Lisa is a former Mrs. America 1997-1998, she has a Masters in Transformational Leadership and is a Doctor of Ministry. She is a minister at conferences, churches, television and radio as well as podcasts nationally and internationally. 

Some of the many national and international commercials Lisa has done are Trico -Windshield Wipers, Slim Down, Mann's Jewelers, Buick, Silo/Yes, and ads in magazines like Cosmopolitan, Mademoiselle, and Glamour. Lisa's recent broadcast related activities are: Fitness Expert and reporter for the Dr. Phil Show and The Doctor's Show, Lead Instructor/Choreographer and Host for P.I.N.K. Method and other fitness DVD's such as: South Beach Diet Supercharged Workout, Exercise TV-Total Body TranFIRMation, and D-Tour Diet Diabetes Workout. Victor Awards, and more. Lisa has been hosting television for almost 20 years ranging from wedding shows, hip-hop, fitness, to sports shows. She is a national presenter for sports awards, charities, retail companies, environmentally friendly products, and personal care products and has been a guest on national television and radio shows. 

Her start in television hosting began at age nineteen on an NBC affiliate show "Wedding Magazine" on WGRZ-TV in Buffalo. While finishing her AA in Communications, Lisa interned in January 1997 for a local CBS affiliate, WIVB-TV 4 until June of 1997. Two months later, she became Mrs. America, and has made a variety of appearances since then such as public speaking engagements, trade shows, and national and local television and radio shows across both the U.S. and Canada. 

In 1998 Lisa worked for two years in media relations for personal care product, designers, and is now the spokesperson for A Cup of Cold Water. Her duties included creating product information for media, television, and radio interviews, and public speaking, and singing performances throughout the U.S., and Canada. Lisa is an ordained minister and is currently in DMin. program, and has a Masters in Transformational Leadership, a BA in Science of Management, and an AA in Communications. She was a judge for a national pilot called: Improv Slam in California, a co-host for "HTV" Home Seeker Television-FL, and host of "Sports Blast" on UPN-NY television for six years. Lisa has co-produced for T-2 Green Golf Show.  In addition, she made regular appearances as a reporter for two years on Late Night Noise, a hip-hop show on an ABC affiliate WKBW-7. She also spent three seasons working with Wide Receiver for the Buffalo Bills, Eric Moulds, on The Eric Moulds Show marketing, floor directing, and wrote and produced a commercial that aired on Fox 29/ WB.  Lisa has been host for industrial DVD's for many clients such as Electri International, IBM, Xerox, Kodac, and Zurn. 

Lisa has been a certified aerobics instructor for over 20 years. She is certified through IDEA, Energetics, and Expert Rating. She continues to teach aerobics, step-aerobics, interval training, circuit training, water aerobic, hip-hop dancing, Pilates, yoga, and martial arts (Kung-Fu, self-defense). Lisa and her husband also own a traditional Kung-Fu school.

Lisa is a feature model, field-reporter for many fitness infomercials such as: Target Zone, Gazelle, Abrageaous, Ab Fit, Tree Trac, Eclipse, and more. She was a pro-cheerleader/hip-hop dance team (Bombshell) for three years with the AFL, Buffalo Destroyers.  Lisa has been dancing since the age of four from tap, jazz, hip-hop,  modern, and ballet in which she currently attends classes.
